Range Dental is a referral and matching service that connects prospective patients with vetted dental clinics in our network. We do not provide dental, medical, or diagnostic services of any kind. All treatment is provided by independent clinic partners, not by Range Dental.

Nothing on this website or communicated by Range Dental constitutes medical or dental advice. Any health-related information is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed dental professional for diagnosis and treatment.

Range Dental carefully vets its clinic partners, but each clinic is an independent business. Range Dental is not responsible for the actions, omissions, quality of care, pricing, or conduct of any clinic partner. Any disputes between you and a clinic partner must be resolved directly with that clinic.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and submit information through our website. By using Range Dental, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Range Dental does not publicly disclose pricing arrangements or commercial terms between Range Dental and its clinic partners. Any pricing information displayed on clinic partner websites or quoted by clinic partners is solely their responsibility. Range Dental does not guarantee any specific pricing for procedures.

Range Dental operates on a flat fee per qualified lead basis. We do not take a percentage of procedure revenue, bill on a cost-per-acquisition model tied to completed treatments, or otherwise share in the revenue of our clinic partners. Our compensation is fixed per lead generated, regardless of the outcome or value of any subsequent treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Range Dental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Range Dental for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Range Dental reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
